Skills go up to level 10, your player level up to 50. A skill only rises by doing its own job, and every XP also counts toward your player level.

Fishing

How it earns XP

Every catch gives the fish's XP: 4-130 (rarer fish = more). Fishing from a ship counts too.
Crafting its 10 recipes: each craft gives the recipe's XP (3-40) × the amount made.

Each level above 1: +5% chance that a tool use costs no energy (Lv10: 45%).

How it earns XP

Break rocks and ore veins with a pickaxe: 5-34 XP each (better ore = more XP).
Maden island: gem cutting, veins and the ore cart (25 XP per cart) also give Mining XP.

Each level above 1: +5% chance that a tool use costs no energy (Lv10: 45%).

Chop trees and stumps with an axe: 4-14 XP when one falls.

How it earns XP

Harvest crops: 3-80 XP per harvest.
Animal care: feed 5, pet 4, milk 10, shear 10, collect eggs 4 XP. Watering a friend's crops 4 XP, helping a neighbour 2 XP.

Defeat monsters: 2-1700 XP each, less for monsters far below your level; a party splits it by damage dealt.

Each level above 1: +3% damage (Lv10 +27%).

Sail your ship (distance), dock at islands, pick up sea crates, buy / upgrade ships; sinking sea enemies gives 12-80 XP.
